5. Refunds & Chargebacks

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us first at info@rueoak.com before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks will be investigated and formally disputed.

Rue Oak reserves the right to cancel or hold any order that appears suspicious or unauthorized.
For high-value transactions, we may request additional verification before processing your payment to ensure customer and transaction security.
